Who we are and what this notice covers
B-TICKET INC. (B-ticket, we, us) provides a deals discovery and redemption platform in the Philippines. This notice covers the B-ticket consumer website and mobile apps, and customer support through our Facebook Pages, including merchant and creator enquiries.
Our published business address is 26F Finance Center, 26th St. corner 9th Ave, BGC, Taguig 1634, Philippines. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@b-ticket.ph or +63 947 303 7424.
Information we process
We process information you provide to create and use an account, such as your name, email address or mobile number, sign-in details, language and optional profile information. We also process your activity in the service, including deals viewed, claimed or redeemed; saved deals; reviews; subscription status; and relevant payment, refund and support records.
When you permit the relevant feature, we use device location to help you find nearby offers, camera access to scan QR codes, photos you choose to upload, and push-notification identifiers to deliver notifications. You can manage device permissions in your device settings. Declining a permission may limit its related feature.
We process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device/app information, connection information and security records. Payment providers process payment details; the B-ticket app does not collect or store your full payment-card details. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are managed under that store's purchase and cancellation rules.
Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and offers, process claims and redemptions, manage subscriptions and support requests, communicate about the service, prevent misuse and fraud, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional advertising measurement and analytics operate under the choices described below. We do not treat merely visiting the website or creating an account as consent to optional advertising tracking.
Website analytics and advertising choices
Non-essential analytics and advertising tags are off until you accept their respective categories in the cookie banner. Analytics consent may enable Google Analytics or PostHog. Marketing consent may enable the Meta Pixel, where configured for the website. Essential services needed for sign-in, security and requested functionality are separate from these optional tags.
You can reject non-essential cookies or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Optional measurement can include page visits, completed registrations, successful trial starts and deal interactions. We do not include your name, email address or telephone number in our Meta event payloads. Providers may process technical/device identifiers and connection information when their services are enabled.
Mobile app measurement and Apple tracking permission
The B-ticket apps include optional Meta advertising measurement and Firebase Analytics. Collection is disabled by default and requires your in-app consent and an enabled configuration for that provider. Events occurring before consent are not retrospectively sent by the mobile measurement integration.
On iOS, Meta measurement also requires permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline that Apple permission, Meta measurement stays off. Firebase Analytics can operate with your in-app analytics consent without enabling advertising-ID linkage or advertising personalization. On Android, Meta may use the advertising identifier after you allow in-app measurement.
Optional events can include app activation/opening, completed registration, a successful free-trial start, and viewing, claiming or redeeming an offer. Our event payloads do not include your name, email address or telephone number. Device and advertising identifiers, where permitted, may still allow a provider to associate activity with a device or advertising interaction.
You can change your choice in Settings → Ads measurement & analytics. On iOS, you can also manage Apple's tracking permission in device settings. Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from using the core service. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection; it does not automatically erase information previously received by a provider.
Messenger support
When you message one of our Facebook Pages, Meta sends us the message and a Page-specific Messenger identifier so we can respond, route the conversation and, when requested, hand it to a human support agent. B-ticket's bot processes message contents to answer but does not maintain a separate stored transcript of the chat. The conversation remains available through Meta's Messenger and business inbox services under Meta's policies.
For account-specific support, we ask you to sign in and explicitly link the conversation to your B-ticket account. This lets us return information you are authorized to access, such as your own claims or an authorized merchant's coupon status. We store the account link and support-routing information, not a copy of your chat history. Deleting the B-ticket account removes our account link; it does not delete the conversation held by Meta.
Sharing and service providers
We use service providers for hosting and storage, authentication, email/SMS, notifications, payments, security and the optional measurement described above. These include providers such as Clerk, app-store/payment providers, Meta, Google/Firebase and PostHog where applicable. Merchants receive information needed to fulfil offers, validate redemptions and handle related support. We may disclose information to meet applicable legal obligations or protect users and the service.
We do not sell or lease personal data. Some providers process information outside the Philippines. Their processing is also subject to their own privacy terms and the arrangements applicable to their services.
Retention, account deletion and limits
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice and applicable legal obligations. Account deletion removes the account and associated account-owned records where deletion is available. Some merchant, transaction, refund, review and security records may remain, with the account reference removed where the service supports this. Content you previously submitted may still contain information you included in it; removing an account reference does not necessarily remove that content.
Some accounts with order or business records cannot be deleted automatically. If this happens, submit a deletion request or contact support so the records and applicable retention requirements can be reviewed. Completing or closing an order does not by itself guarantee that automatic account deletion becomes available.
Deleting a B-ticket account does not cancel subscriptions billed by Apple, Google or another app store; cancel those through the store where you subscribed. It also does not delete your account with an independent sign-in provider or automatically erase previously sent information from Meta, Google/Firebase or PostHog. You can contact us about a data request involving these services; their own privacy controls and retention rules may also apply.
Your rights and how to contact us
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), your rights may include being informed, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, portability, and making a complaint to the National Privacy Commission, subject to applicable conditions.
You can request access, correction or deletion at https://b-ticket.ph/data-request, or contact support@b-ticket.ph. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information. Account-deletion instructions are available at https://b-ticket.ph/page/account-deletion.
We will publish updates to this notice with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for a material change.
