TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MOBILE APPLICATION

By accessing and using the B-ticket service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms

of Service:

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the B-ticket Mobile Application (“App”),

you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you

must immediately uninstall or cease using the App.

These Terms are read together with the B-ticket Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy,

Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, which collectively govern your relationship with B-ticket

(“we,” “us,” or “our”). In case of inconsistency, the provision that more specifically addresses

the issue shall prevail; otherwise, these Terms supplement, not replace, the website policies.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The App is a digital platform operated by B-ticket that provides users (“Subscribers” or

“Users”) access to exclusive deals, coupons, and merchant offers (“Offers”) and optional

subscription-based benefits. The App may be used to browse promotions, redeem coupons,

and engage with participating B-Merchants.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering

into contracts to use the App.

3.2 Account Creation. Registration requires a valid phone number, email address, or

social-media account and creation of a secure password. Users are responsible for

maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities occurring under

their account.

3.3 Device Permissions. You may be asked to grant permissions for notifications, location,

camera, and microphone access to enable certain App features. Granting such permissions

is voluntary but may affect App functionality.

3.4 Security. You must promptly notify B-ticket of any unauthorized access or security

breach.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Subscription Plans. The App offers paid, non-renewing subscription plans as displayed

in the App interface (inclusive of applicable taxes). The price, term, and specific benefits of

each plan are disclosed in-App at the point of purchase before you confirm.

4.2 Payment Processing. Payments are processed according to where you purchase.

Subscriptions bought through the iOS App are billed via Apple in-app purchase;

subscriptions bought through the Google Play version are billed via Google Play Billing; and

subscriptions bought through the B-ticket website or the Huawei AppGallery version of the

App are processed through our third-party payment gateway, StarPay. By providing yourpayment information, you authorize the applicable provider — Apple, Google, or StarPay —

to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

4.3 Subscription Term; No Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions are non-renewing. Each plan

grants access for the fixed term purchased and does not automatically renew. Your payment

method will not be stored for recurring billing or charged again automatically. To continue

access after a term ends, you must make a new purchase through the App.

4.4 Free Trials. Certain plans may include a free trial. Because subscriptions are

non-renewing, a free trial will not automatically convert into a paid plan or trigger any

automatic charge. When the trial ends, your access expires, and you may choose to

purchase a plan to continue.

4.5 Price and Benefit Changes. B-ticket reserves the right to modify subscription prices,

tiers, or included benefits at any time, subject to reasonable prior notice. Any change applies

only to purchases made after it takes effect; the term you have already paid for is unaffected.

If you do not agree with a change, you may simply choose not to purchase a new term.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Cancellations. Because subscriptions are non-renewing, there is no recurring billing to

cancel. Your access continues for the full term you purchased and then ends automatically

when that term expires, with no further charge. You may choose not to purchase a new term

at any time.

5.2 Refund Policy. Refunds are governed by the B-ticket Refund Policy. Generally,

subscription fees are non-refundable except in limited cases such as duplicate or erroneous

charges or verified access failures. Refund handling depends on how you paid: for

subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are

subject to the applicable store’s own refund process; for subscriptions billed through StarPay

— including purchases on the B-ticket website or the Huawei AppGallery version of the App

— the B-ticket Refund Policy applies and requests should be directed to B-ticket support.

B-ticket may, at its discretion, issue refunds as service credits or reversals.

6. COUPONS, OFFERS, AND MERCHANT TRANSACTIONS

6.1 B-ticket provides access to promotional coupons and offers supplied by third-party

merchants (“B-Merchants”). Redemption, validity, and fulfillment of such Offers are the sole

responsibility of the respective merchant.

6.2 B-ticket is not a party to the sale or provision of merchant goods or services. Any issues,

refunds, or complaints relating to redeemed Offers must be directed to the merchant

concerned.

6.3 Coupons or Offers may contain restrictions, expirations, or redemption limits. Users must

review the applicable terms before redemption.

6.4 Misuse, resale, or tampering with coupons may result in suspension or termination of the

account.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)7.1 User Content. The App may allow you to post reviews, upload photos, share comments,

or submit other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

7.2 License Grant. By posting User Content, you grant B-ticket a non-exclusive, worldwide,

royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and

distribute your User Content in connection with the App and B-ticket’s marketing efforts.

7.3 Content Guidelines. You agree that your User Content will NOT:

(a) be false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive;

(b) infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;

(d) contain viruses, malware, or spam.

7.4 Moderation. B-ticket generally does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right

(though not the obligation) to remove or edit any User Content that violates these Terms or is

deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

7.5 Liability. You are solely responsible for your User Content. B-ticket assumes no liability

for content posted by you or any third party.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

You agree to use the App lawfully and to refrain from:

(a) violating any applicable law or regulation;

(b) copying, reverse-engineering, or modifying any part of the App;

(d) engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity, including false redemptions; or

(e) interfering with the App’s functionality or security.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, service marks, user interfaces, and content appearing in the App are

owned by or licensed to B-ticket and protected by Philippine intellectual-property laws. Users

acquire no ownership rights by downloading or using the App.

10. DATA PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

10.1 B-ticket collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data

Privacy Act of 2012 and its Privacy Policy.

10.2 The App may request permissions for push notifications, camera, microphone, or

location services. Granting these permissions constitutes consent for such processing

consistent with the stated purposes.

10.3 By using the App, you consent to receive service announcements, system alerts, and

marketing messages, which you may opt out of through your account settings.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKSThe App may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by

B-ticket. B-ticket is not responsible for the availability, content, or conduct of such external

resources. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and

policies.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) B-ticket disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or

fitness for a particular purpose;

(b) B-ticket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the App or any merchant goods or services;

and

by you in the preceding three (3) months.

(d) Nothing herein shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

13. TERMINATION

B-ticket may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent

activity, or misuse of the App. Upon termination, all rights granted to you immediately cease

without refund, except as otherwise provided under the Refund Policy.

14. AMENDMENTS

B-ticket reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions shall take

effect upon posting in the App with the revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may

be communicated via in-App notification or email. Continued use of the App after such notice

constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute

shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, to mediation under the

Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) before resorting to litigation. The

exclusive venue for any legal action shall be the competent courts of Taguig City,

Philippines.

16. APP STORE NOTICE

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for the

App or its content. All inquiries regarding functionality, content, or payments should be

directed to B-ticket. Users agree that Apple and Google and their subsidiaries are third-party

beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon acceptance, each shall have the right to enforce

these Terms against the user as a third-party beneficiary.
